When should my child see an orthodontist?

By age 7, most children have a mix of baby and adult teeth. That's the ideal window to spot developing bite issues that are easier to correct now than later.
Early intervention (called Phase 1) can guide jaw growth and avoid extractions or surgery in the teenage years.
Most kids won't need any treatment at age 7 — but the ones who do benefit enormously.
